Getting five a day is easier than you might think. Fruit and vegetable fresh, frozen, dried or tinned (in juice), all count. A glass of fruit juice can also count as one of your portions, and so can a fruit smoothie. But they only ever count as one of your five a day, no matter how much you drink in a day.
